The challenge

Security teams do not let subsurface data leave uncontrolled. That usually means either doing without modern AI or taking risks without seeing which data goes where.

How GeoDeep handles it

   The security team sets rules for which types of data may be sent for AI tasks.

   When a geophysicist starts automatic fault tracking, the platform sends only the selected seismic volume, not the whole archive.

   The data travels to the GeoDeep data center over an encrypted channel for processing, and the result returns to the project with its confidence level.

   Data sent for processing is deleted once the period agreed in the contract ends.

   Each request is written to the audit log along with the amount of data sent, the model used and the user who sent it.
